Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable digital content (e-books, PDF guides, templates, etc.) are final once the content has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads unless the product is defective or significantly different from what was described.

For our premium online courses, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have completed no more than 25% of the course content.

You may reschedule a consultation without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the consultation cost.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same card.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.
Products or services purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a special promotion may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
For bundles or packages containing multiple products or services, refunds may be adjusted based on the value of the items already accessed or used.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who we determine are abusing our refund policy, such as by repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same or similar products.
